I did this home for my 7 year old daughter's Fae. It's one of my earlier houses, and being for a child I didn't spend a lot on rares. I also tried to use a lot of what she already had, since she spends hours standing at the broker looking at what she wants to buy. I don't keep it open to the public - she likes to keep adding to it on her own. Frostfell is her favorite part of the game, so you'll see a lot that in her house. You wouldn't believe the number of times she tried that Frostfell zone this last year just to earn enough tokens for her sleeping baby dragon! She's also got an extensive collection of housepets - who aren't very well trained. I'm sure you'll notice several roaming around.
