Mima is a dirge that had a very ecclectic collection of furniture. There were multiples of several quest items (in an effort to get the status paid down I think), an empty basement, a neglected Frostfell tree, most every HQ reward you can find (two of some!), and housepets all over. I tried to create a bard-on-a-budget house, while still getting the status rent covered. There's even a concert hall in the attic for special performances or just practicing. Odd thing about this house though - as I started working in the basement, it became obvious that someone had done some excavating there in the past. I suspect it was once owned by a dwarf (they'll mine anything you know). Anyway, after removing some of the rubble in an effort to make it habitable, I found a small underground stream and discovered that this cavern goes on farther than I expected. Not wanting to wall it off, I left it as is. Mima was last seen happily chipping xegonite and tynnonium out of the rock.
